Prepare your greeter profile
In the greeter area, choose the appropriate profile type: individual driver or company. Add your current name and photo. Include the vehicle model, colour, registration and exact pickup point in the meeting details. Closer helps coordinate a meeting; it does not replace a ride booking, agreement on the transfer fare or checks required for transport providers.
Create a separate meeting for each passenger
Create a meeting and send the passenger their own invitation. Do not use a demonstration screen for a real booking or forward the greeter's link instead of the guest invitation. Check the details before driving and agree on a backup contact method. If the pickup point changes, communicate the new exit or parking area clearly.
Recognize each other before boarding
Photos and vehicle details help distinguish the driver from other greeters. Participants choose when to enable location sharing. Map positions may be inaccurate, especially in multi-level car parks. Confirm the name and booking details through your normal process: a profile photo is not proof of identity. Only operate the app after safely stopping the vehicle.
Choose a plan for your workload
The free plan includes 3 meetings per month and one active meeting. Pro supports more regular use by one greeter; Business is intended for teams. Compare limits and monthly or annual prices on the plans page. Payment availability and final terms are shown in the account before purchase. End the meeting after pickup so the session is not left active.
